Talk about far out space nuts!   MoveOn.org has pressured democrats in Nevada to boycott a debate over Fox news being involved.  Such is the nature of Stalinists that they must have it all their way with no dissagreement or dissent.

Watch out for these people.  Its the same mindset that has caused them to push a weather hoax to the point where reasonably serious people actually believe its happening.  If I told these same people a UFO had landed they’d think I was crazy but claim the weather is changing and they believe it.   Persistence is their only real strength as liberalism is the refuge of weak minds and weak backs…

…I guess they know their ideas are lame. Otherwise they would realize they have nothing to fear from Fox since their words would go out unfiltered by anyone…

…Fragile ideas are erroneous ones.  I’m just surprised to see how cognizant they are about their scams.  And I just thought they were stupid.  Turns out idea #2: that they’re sociopathic is closer to the truth.

First Solar is using a technology that is not dependent on expensive silicon.   They are bypassing the need for silicon by using Cadmium Telluride.  

Nominal parameters of their product is 1 amp of current at 60 volts.  What’s notable here is that the module voltages are high.  Thus making interface and usage of the resultant electricity easier.   Typically there has been significant cost involved in conditioning the power generated to allow it to be used by common grid loads. 

If the product is as good as portrayed this is a notable milestone.  James Cramer the stock guru gets the alternative energy field pretty well for a non-technical guy.  He’s been quite frank about ethanol being a sham.  However he’s calling First Solar a good stock play. 

There is alot suggesting this is the beginning of some real fun in the distributed energy production field.   Since 1/2 of the electrical energy is wasted in transit to its consumer there is a double gain when energy production is colocated with the consumer thereof. 

And just think.  Corporate greed makes all this possible.  Yes I’ll take corporate green over socialist greed any day of the week.  Those fudgers are just too lame.  They can run their gums but you’ll never see them get their hands dirty.  They’re too busy telling other people what to do.
