I just saw a discovery channel program that said its quite possible that the 72 virgins promised muslims when they die might be wrong.  It might be with the erroneous placement of a few dots under the letters that "a basket of grapes" was turned into 72 virgins.

Imagine those jackass suicide bombers getting to he(ll)aven and being handed a fruitbasket.  These guys are even bigger saps than true believers of global warming.  And that’s saying something.

If there is little oil then there is little environmental risk.

If there is alot of oil why can psusy socialist Norway do it and we can not?

Oil companies give us something for our money. Can government say the same? No unless you are a worthless slob welfare recipient or global warming researcher.

Obama has an energy plan that is not getting traction with the sentient voter….its called oh my god the polls show likely voters going to John McCain AKA Kaw Liga by 1%. He is already losing to a cigar store wooden indian with his plans. Obama is saying let’s drill.

Let Georgia and North Carolina drill of their coasts if they want to. Liberal stater Governors are so very virtuous…they will see all that money going into the Georgia and N.C. treasuries and scoff. They will say "I’m so much better than those hicks….they are aiding global warming those deniers they!" ….. and 6 monthes later they will be opening up drilling off of their state coastlines also! ….. LOL…..its the casino effect!

A government shutdown will not be risky for the republicans. Totally different story this time from 1995….. Democrats are the only ones with something to lose this time! 75% of the people want the drilling to commence yesterday. They will clearly see how the unDemocrats are thwarting democracy and the will of the people………they will have a hard time avoiding being lynched!  Thus I say To GW Bush: ………….Veto Veto Veto.

On the other hand. If the prices will be high in 10 years with our drilling on the OCS ….how high will they be if we do not??? The dollar is collapsing as traders use oil as a currency hedge. ( they used to use gold )….. This drilling WILL occur. It is only a matter of pain threshold now. Will it be 4, 5 or 6 dollars per gallon. We can hold a betting pool and ONE of these numbers will be the one. No way it gets to 7 before we drill.

END CONCLUSION: Phone the WhiteHouse, your congressmen and your senator. Encourage the senators to filibuster the bill. Encourage the president to veto. Make the democrats pass this renewal of the drilling ban on its own……..if the ban is so dang popular they will be overjoyed at the chance to vote for it separately.

The quickening is upon us.  Formerly unDemocrats could hold out with anti democratic policies for long periods.  Now with information traveling so fast all it has taken is a run up of oil to 147 dollars per barrel to get them to switch sides on outer continental shelf drilling.

Got to love the liberals. And you have to admit they have a point. Unfortunately all points have been tops of heads. Anti technology anti-oil wack jobs who think everything good flows from their wonderful intentions. ( although I truly doubt their intentions are always good … in fact liberals appear to either be mentally deficient or applying common street scams to government to either buy votes/power or accumulate money directly. ) I tire of your liberal incantations that proclaim your goodness. To a hard core critical thinker like me you all look like mirror loving chronic msatrubres who are good with words but terrible with ideas. Thank god for the internet as we are going into an increasingly libertarian era where your ideas will be left in the dust by their ineffectivity in the same manner australopithecus was left in the evolutionary dustbin.

CNBC’s controversial stock market commentator, Jim Cramer, appeared Monday on MSNBC’s Morning Joe to present his own take on high oil prices. Cramer believes that the solution to energy shortages lies in a combination of offshore oil drilling and nuclear power and that the only thing holding us back is that “we’ve become an elitist nation.”

We have two coasts that could produce a huge amount of oil,” Cramer asserted. “We’ve figured out how to drill without messing up the coast. … There’s no way that we can’t produce clean energy on both coasts except for the fact that there’s a big crowd led by Nancy Pelosi that does not want this to happen. … The leadership has stymied any opportunity to be like every other country on earth and find oil.”

If I were a member of the Senate I would walk around in big oversized clown shoes made of graphite so I could exclaim "I have the biggest carbon feety-prints of them all!!!!"  Then I would honk my clown horn to alert liberal wack job global warming true believers that there was a heretic in their midst.
