    Well, you would be closer to the mark if you said condos.

    Many cohousing communities, including mine, are single family family homes.

    Hi, cohousing are much more than normal appartments. Similar with a clear ecological and social added value. You might be intersted to consider the award winner documentary “Voices of Cohousing.
