Created Problems and how to Magically Solve Them

There are large groups of problems in our so called society that are made up problems.  The best way to solve these problems is to stop creating them.  The way they are being created is by someone trying to solve the “problem” in the first place.

Take health care for instance.  Oooh the chilrun….what we gonna do about the chilrun ?  I get sick of hearing the out of tune plucking of American heart strings.  The reason why health care costs are so high is that the ability to pay is too large.  By funding with insurance and government givaways we drive costs through the roof.   If everyone just took cash in and paid that way there would be less money in the game. Less cash chasing the same services and the prices go down.  It also helps solve the lawyering problem.  These lawyers only chase deep pockets.  Make the doctors less liquid and you end up solving your parasitic legal infestation problems.

Its really simple. Go to Brazil and get a chipped tooth fixed and your teeth cleaned.  The first time I had the chip replaced in the USA.  It cost me 400 USD. The hygenist did a cursory job of cleaning and after only a couple of years the patch fell out !

Contrast that with Brazil.  The dentist himself did an extremely thorough job of cleaning and the patch, well after 4 years the thing is still in there!  Cost ???? only 120 USD !!!!   The way I guestimate the actually ratio of benefits with money factored in is about 5:1 because I payed using cash in Brazil !!!

Get a clue.  Capitalism works.  You just have to realize you will have problems under any system. Here are your choices:

1) wish away your problems using solutions based on magical thinking. Get crappy results at a high price.

2) deal with reality and pay with cash.  You will get what reasonable realistic solutions at a reasonable price. Remember…..you still have to pay the guy.   If you want “free” health care you will end up with the results of item #1.

An to you neurotic Americans…..You are still going to get old and die. On the way there most of you will have some level of gum disease and loose teeth.  No amount of magical thinking will work on this. BOOOOO !

Meanwhile we have the high falutin Andy Groves ex-exec of Intel out trying to “solve” the health care crisis and preserve the “separation of church and state”.  Now if you followed my argument above you realize that he is actually helping to create the health care crisis by trying to solve it.

And with regards the separation of church and state?  MMmmm…I am atheist and I am not worried about this in the least. Hey Andy !…..could you work to preserve my gun rights instead ????  Now that would be a step in the right direction.
