I thought my problems with psoriasis were done when I eliminated wheat  and gluten from my diet.  A few weeks ago I started eating alot of whole fruit in a bowl of yogurt.  I started over doing it by eating yogurt three times per day. Suddenly I noticed hive like bumps on my elbows.  I realized after a couple of days it must be a food allergy similar to my wheat / gluten allergy.   Since I was over eating yogurt I decided to eliminate dairy completely and very quickly I noticed improvement.  The photo is after most of the swelling had been eliminated.   An interesting point is that I had psoriasis on this particular location and my knees only early in life as a child.  Since then the problems have all been on my hands.   Wheat / gluten gives problems with skin on my hands.  Appears dairy triggers something that causes it on my elbows.  Very strange.

As soon as I figured out what was happening I ceased ingesting all dairy products.  After a short time I experienced a headache very similar but less severe to what I get when I quit all caffeine.

And yes I know its a rather repulsive photo but I have suffered enough with this that I want to transmit the information to others and my descendants.    No need for them to wait till they are 45 to stop the suffering!

Addenda: During a sequence of 4 fly out interviews I ate peanuts on every flight.  I ended up with itchy patches again on my elbows.  No more peanuts for me!
