- Smoked sausage – Best is linguesa Blumenau
- Soak lentils.
- Finely slice carrots – add
- cube potatoes – add
- Finely slice smoked sausage – add
- Chip chop garlic – add
- Cube onion – add
- Add water to appropriate level
- Add oregano ( optional )
- Cover pressure cooker – cook
- When done cooking add salt to taste
Note: You need a seriously smokey sausage to execute this recipe to sufficient quality.
