Immigration Amnesty Republicans – They Were the Limousine Liberal Republicans in the Past
Richard Nixon was “The best republican president that the democrats ever had“. So goes the saying in the time of Nixon.
Later “Limousine Liberals” became popularized because out of touch Richy Riches with alot of money sit in their air conditioned limo’s viewing us plebes and deciding our fates from the safety and comfort of the car. Never lifting a finger or getting a fingernail dirty they consider their social engineering minds to be gifts of kindness to the world. Rather these are botched childish egotistical attempts that do more harm than good.
Its time to revive this term limousine liberal in conjunction with a fraction of the Republican party that includes George W. Bush. Here are the 2 important facts:
1- Republicans do not have a stinkin’ prayer of getting the hispanic vote any more than they had of getting the Catholic vote prior to the 1980’s.
2- The reason deduced for item #1 is the cheap labor crowd that come from business interests.
Point #2 is one that I feel should be addressed the same way its always been addressed, with illegals. This gives us the open labor market that America should be at the same time it suppresses a voter block that should not be allowed to vote. As I have stated in previous arty’s voting is too important to just throw it open. By the standards that would have been imposed by the immigration amnesty we should have just set up voting boothes all over Mexico. Indeed why stop there? Why not put voting boothes all over the world ?
America is just too important an experiment in democracy to have its voting thrown open to the world without a thought. This would be tantamount to having all your skin peeled off and thus running around skinless and expecting not to get a terrible infection and die. All organisms have skins, shells, cell membranes of some sort to control egress to the organism. Without them the organism dies.
By twists of fate the American experiment is the most effective form of democracy ever. In our peculiar fashion the USA is not the best at any one single thing that is a component of democracy but when all the factors play out we come out making the highest grade. For example we are not the most financially free – remote locations are more free, but they do not have the economy we do! There is no intervention because NO ONE is interested in the take. We could improve on the economic interventionism quite a bit !
The real take away here is that the USA is too vital, too rare a successful experiment in democracy to willy nilly jack up its voting prospects. Thus is exposed as Limousine Liberal Republican is George W. Bush.
A Limousine Liberal Republican is precious little better than a democrat. As I have stated before I feel the democrat party is not doing its job in that it is not really providing a viable alternative to the Republicans.
We hated them back in the 80’s and before, and we still dislike them. Limousine Liberal Republicans. If you can’t get your hands dirty working in the ditch with us, we do not need you as our leaders. Field Marshalls do a much better job of leading the army of democracy.
