Wordpress User Geo Location by IP Address Map Generation

This plugin requires a statistics plugin to remember all the IP addresses. The plugin maps the geo locations associated with this.

Need to have a statistics plugin that remembers all the user IP addresses. During configuration of the plugin you specify the database table and field name. See screen shot below.
The MaxMinds geo ip data base is here: http://www.maxmind.com/app/geolitecity You can import either binary or CSV list to your database. The binary is said to be much faster compared with CSV which may take up to a few seconds.
For #2 I need to convert to SQL because my ISP does not allow CSV lists to be imported. ( at one time they did )
