It includes the note that you drill out the rivets to mount a new regulator subassembly. That solves the mystery of why full regulator panels are not available on ebay or it appears otherwise.
In order to get the door panel out I needed to disconnect the wiring harness from the door latching assembly. Not knowing where the latch was I removed the two 8mm triple box screws and let the mechanism drop. While reassembling I had to get the door latch assembly back onto the manual door locking paddle. In order to do this I had to use the Torx T20 driver as shown in the following video to get the paddle to clear the latching assembly. To see this in the following video skip to t = 5 min 50 sec.
NOTE WELL: You do not need to tighten the window clamps very tight at all. I did a little too tight and shattered the window. Had to wait for another to come via ebay. Ouch.
