2007 GM Chevy Astra Windshield Wiper Drive Lever Pin Fix
GUESS: The pin in the first photo was swedged into the metal arm. This pin was loose and held in only by the mushroomed end. That allowed the pin to rotate and the plastic retainer eventually fell off due to the rotation of the pin.
Repair Steps
- Grind mushroomed head off on swadged end
- Replace with nuts / washers / bolt
