Open Source: Kompozer HTML Editor
I did an initial install and run of Kompozer HTML editor.
It seems pretty good. I have tried Amaya in the past but can not seem to get the hang of all the gobble de gook they toss in. It is like they never heard of WSIWYG and why it works so much better.
