Coffee Candy

I do not recommend caffiene.  It should be eliminated in any low inflammation diet for purposes of weight loss and to help reduce benign prostate enlargement.  That being said this is a creation I have used to keep the headaches away when I am in caffeine withdrawal.

  • coffee brewed and aged at room temperature 1 day at least – small amount in bottom of cup – about 1/4 inch deep in the bottom
  • sugar – heaping tablespoon

Mix in the sugar.  Drink.  The aging process is necessary to maximize the flavor.  This is a great way of using nasty coffee beans that you do not like.  The more bitter the better the resulting candy!
