Fan Repair
Symptoms
- Fan will not start on its own
- With a hand start the fan does not spin at normal speed and does not move much air
- When I cut the lead to the cap – the motor did not hum, did not start, and would not run when I hand spun – it was completely dead.
Wiring seems to match this diagram. No apparent switching
