For safeties sake I want my Google Authenticator authorization code software on two phones.

On your old device, create a QR code:
- In the Authenticator app, tap Menu Transfer accounts. Export accounts. You'll be asked to unlock your device.
- Select the accounts you want to transfer to your new device.
- Tap Next. If you transfer more than one account, your old device may create more than one QR code.
Remove Google Authenticator codes from the cloud To remove Google Authenticator codes from the cloud, you can disable the cloud sync feature by
- opening the app
- tapping your profile picture
