Vladivostok to Ulaanbaatar   Sat in the van all day the 22nd waiting to get the plates. One time about midday I saw a guy drive up in a van and head toward the front door of The Jing Long, with what looked like a FedEx envelope. This was looking good. Top of the World to Vladivostok   Three days before departure date I get this email message that says everything the Visa guy was supposed to do, wasn’t going to happen. He claimed he could get us multiple entry one-year business visas for Russia and would get visas for both of us for Kazakhstan.
