Advantages of the above design
- Flexibility: Raised platform allows room to place a readily moved plumbing. Reduces required precision in plumbing installation when pex is used
- Wood on wall functions as splash. Inset shelf in splash is very attractive shelf inplementation. Normal shelves are very unattractive.
- Bathtub made of wood can be utilized in world locations where bathtubs are not common such as Brazil.
- Girlfriend with a good sense of humor.
