Unions suk.  As in nature the weak, in this case weak minded with no saleable unique skill,  gather together in groups for strength.   Think of herding animals.   It is the highly intelligent of the world that shun unions.  If union members had any talent they would not need to coerce businesses into paying higher prices for their services.  Now you know why unions attract organized crime thugs to be their leaders.  Extortion is their specialty. If you want to be something other than a plan vanilla loser you should shun unions.  Press yourself. Ask more of and for yourself.  Excel at something. Shun collectivism.
