These videos were stabilized using Youtube tools. Originally they were shakey but now they are viewable.
Video Stabilization using YouTube
Go to creator studio and click on videos. Then find the video in the list and click the down arrow and then click on ENHANCEMENTS in the drop down list. That will take you to a page with a button included that says "STABILIZE"
