WP Display Header Custom WordPress Header Images Displayed on a per Page Basis

This plugin lets you specify the header image for each page post.  Unfortunately it does not work with my current theme "Simplicity".  Apparently it is too simple.

I need a new theme.  When switching between themes I have to disable CKEditor.  If I do not I get the following error when I try to switch themes or customize a theme.

                  Fatal error: Call to undefined method _WP_Editors::enqueue_default_editor() in  /wp-includes/general-template.php on line 3090
