Arab Leaders, Bill Clinton and their Relationship with the Truth

Summary: Why some people see pathological lying as a useful strategy is a mystery to me.  If you were a careful watcher of Clinton you noticed it almost pained him to tell the truth even when it would have been the easier route.  In the middle east we see Arab leaders of countries and/or factions such as the Palestinian leadership spew forth a steady stream of crap.  For a personality type such as mine ( sensor ) this sets off the klaxons.  Your life is in danger when you deal with them.   Of course that squares evenly with the raw data on the ground.   Why anyone would think negotiating with this sort would lead to anything positive or productive is also suspect.  They state their case is lofty terms but isn’t it more realistic they have personal gain in mind ?    ( of course it is ).
