The BAT LOW trick is one that sometimes works with less than sophisticated users.  Simply send a text page to your friends cell phone with the subject in capital letters  BAT LOW.  Then if you are creative you can put a suggestion that they connect the charger to their cell phone.  I know I know I’ve already been accused of having the maturity of a 12 year old boy.  I take that as a compliment after all my name is Easa Lee A. Mused. 

An very helpful feature to add to this prank it to make the email appear like it came from their cell phone service provider.  Since there is no user authentication required to send an email with most providers you can do this very easily using Outlook Express.
