What the hell did Paris expect as they slide backwards into 3rd world status?   I am a veteran of the Great St Louis Bed Bug War of 2013. I fought them to a standstill and got out as soon as the coast was clear.  There was a second wave after they regrouped.  The really big bedbugs came out after I had managed my escape.   That was when Mike "The Scholar" Brown got shot and killed.

Symptoms 

• Fan will not start on its own
• With a hand start the fan does not spin at normal speed and does not move much air
• When I cut the lead to the cap – the motor did not hum,  did not start, and would not run when I hand spun – it was completely dead.

Wiring seems to match this diagram.  No apparent switching
