I recently talked to a person was permanently banned from ebay / paypal for using multiple Green Dot Paypal prepaid cards. He was totally legitimate so I have a hard time understanding why particularly because these were Paypal's very own products. Thus I am going to do a stake out on the ebay profile to see if the rightful owner can ever use it again.
